{"id":658,"date":"2025-08-13T13:44:08","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T11:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.americancouncils.org.ua\/?p=658"},"modified":"2025-08-29T15:49:00","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T13:49:00","slug":"who-can-apply-for-flex-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/americancouncils.org.ua\/en\/who-can-apply-for-flex-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Who Can Apply for FLEX Program?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The FLEX Program competition is merit-based, free and open to anyone willing to take part and fulfilling eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n<p>FLEX Program will be conducting online testing for <strong>the 2026-2027 academic year<\/strong> starting on <strong>August 13th, 2025 until September 16th 2025.<\/strong> Applicants can participate in the recruitment process from any location that has Internet access, using either a mobile device or a computer.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><strong>In order to participate in testing in 2025, participants have to meet all of the following criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Date of birth: 01.01.2009 -31.12.2010 (15.02.2008 -15.07.2011 for students with physical disabilities);<\/li>\n<li>Must be enrolled in and attending high school in Ukraine and be a student of\u00a0the 8th, 9th or 10th grade in school (8th ,9th, 10th or 11th grade for students with physical disabilities);<\/li>\n<li>Have good and excellent grades;<\/li>\n<li>Know English and demonstrate it during the selection process;<\/li>\n<li>Be a citizen of Ukraine, be able to receive a Ukrainian international passport and reside in Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>Meet the J-1 visa requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Not having stayed in the USA for three (3) months or more during the past five (5) years.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><b>Students may not participate if:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">they do not meet the above criteria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">they have stayed in the USA for three (3) months or more during the past five (5) years;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"hps\">their family (or family member):<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00a0has applied or is applying to emigrate to the USA;<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0 has made plans to emigrate or has already emigrated to the USA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow the link to apply:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ais.americancouncils.org\/flex\">ais.americancouncils.org\/flex<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hps\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/americancouncils.org.ua\/en\/flex-general-information-about-testing\/\">How to apply<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/americancouncils.org.ua\/en\/flex-program-description\/\">About FLEX Program<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The FLEX Program competition is merit-based, free and open to anyone willing to take part and fulfilling eligibility requirements.
