The program will also enhance the relationship between U.S.G. programs alumni and civil servants employed by the government host institutions.<\/p>\n<p>American Councils anticipates that, as a result of this program, increasing numbers of USG alumni will consider careers in the public sector or other career paths that can ultimately support the development of robust democratic institutions and government processes in Ukraine.
